About LKHKP
The Indonesian Institute for Public Finance and Taxation Law Studies (LKHKP) is a research and development institution for public finance law in Indonesia. We focus on in-depth studies of state financial regulations, fiscal transparency, and public policies related to state financial management. With a team of experts experienced in law and finance, LKH-KP aims to make a significant contribution to strengthening accountable and sustainable public financial governance. We are also committed to providing a platform for discussion, training, and publications that support the improvement of understanding and awareness of financial law among the wider community.
Our History
The Indonesian Public Finance and Taxation Law Study Institute was established in 2022 by a group of academics and legal practitioners who were concerned about the development of the public finance and taxation system in Indonesia. Since its establishment, the institute has been actively involved in various research, seminars, and other educational activities to increase public understanding and awareness of the importance of good public finance and taxation law.
